  • What is life coaching?
    As defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), coaching involves a partnership with clients in a thought-provoking, creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. As a coach, I’ve gone through professional training in certain techniques and tools, possessing necessary skills such as listening, inquiring, empathizing and staying focused. I enjoy enjoy helping my clients find success, deeper meaning, and build a life they are proud of.
  • Why should I hire a life coach?
    The desire to set personal and professional goals for yourself and accomplish them quickly, reducing stress and increasing personal effectiveness are a few reasons why you should consider hiring a life coach. A coach looks at situations objectively and encourages accountability in achieving goals. Life coaching is a great way to positively transform your life.
  • How does coaching work? What's a typical session like?
    During coaching sessions, we'll work together to identify your desired goals. We’ll dig deeper into your goals work together to create actionable steps to achieve them. As we continue to talk about your progress, we’ll identify obstacles and blocks prohibiting you from accomplishing your goals. Throughout sessions, we'll build a rapport built on trust and open communication.
  • Is coaching the same as therapy?
    No, coaching isn't therapy (however, I’d recommend that too). Many people incorporate both into their life as similar techniques are used. Therapy focuses on improving mental health by identifying and healing from past traumas. Coaching is goal-focused with an emphasis on the future. Unlike consulting where “answers” are expected, you'll work to actively participate in the exploration and setting of actionable steps.
  • How many sessions are recommended?
    I recommend doing sessions once a week for twelve weeks or more. However, I'm currently offering a mini package including once a week, six-week sessions with an option to continue.
  • How long are sessions?
    Sessions last one hour and are scheduled at a mutually convenient time. Sessions can be set for the same time each week and can be rescheduled with a minimum 72-hour notice.
  • What's your cancellation policy?
    I kindly require a 72-hour notice for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. No shows will be charged the full amount of the session. I do offer a 10-minute grace period in the event you’re running late.
  • What's your payment policy?
    All sessions and packages are prepaid and due at the time of booking. I accept Venmo and all major credit cards. Credit card payments will be accepted over the phone.
  • Where do sessions take place?
    Currently, sessions are taking place virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but can be scheduled in-person as mutually agreed with proper safety precautions.
